For example, let's say you have 3 ads placed. How do you know which ad is working, and which ad is a waste of your hard earned money?

With call capture, you would assign each ad its own independent extension. Ad #1 would be extension 100, ad #2 would be extension 200 and so forth. Now you would record a marketing message on each extension, and wait for the calls to start rolling in.

As each person calls the phone number, the call capture system plays the appropriate message and simultaneously capture the name, phone number, and physical address of the caller.
